DIY Jewellery Frames with Peel and Stick Wallpaper

DIY Jewellery Frames with Peel and Stick Wallpaper

Are you looking for a fun and creative way to display your jewellery collection? Look no further! DIY jewellery frames using shadow boxes and peel and stick wallpaper are the perfect solution. Not only are they easy to make, but they also add a unique touch to your space.

What You'll Need:

To get started, gather the following materials:

  • Shadow box frames (we found a set of 3 at the craft store)
  • Peel and stick wallpaper (we used our Traditional Floral Wallpaper with the background in the color Teal and design in the color Muslin)
  • Ruler
  • Measuring tape
  • Exacto Knife
  • Squeegee
  • Nails
  • Stick-on frame hooks

Step 1: Prepare Your Materials

Begin by measuring and cutting the peel and stick wallpaper to fit the back of the shadow box frame. Make sure to leave some extra material on the edges to ensure a secure fit.

Step 2: Apply the Wallpaper

Peel off the backing of the wallpaper and carefully apply it to the back of the shadow box frame. Smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles for a clean finish.

Step 3: Add Jewelry Hooks

Once the wallpaper is in place, measure out and mark where you would like to have your nails for hanging jewellery. Using a hammer, gently hammer in the nails.

Step 4: Apply Frame Hook

Flip the jewellery frame over and apply a stick-on frame hook to the centre top of the frame.

Step 5: Enjoy Your New Jewelry Display

Step back and admire your handiwork! You can either hang it on your wall or display it on your vanity or dresser. Your DIY jewellery frame is not only a practical way to organize your jewellery but also a beautiful piece of decor for your space. Feel free to get creative with different wallpaper patterns and frame styles to suit your personal taste.

BONUS: Make a set of three and give them to Mom for Mother's Day for the perfect thoughtful gift!
