Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Canada and United States. We print every product to order in Abbotsford, BC and ship across North America and worldwide.

 

Processing 

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email, and another with tracking when it ships.

 

Canada

Free shipping. Estimated delivery 2–8 business days after dispatch.

 

United States

Free shipping. Made in Canada and duty-free under CUSMA. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and prepay all brokerage fees, so you pay nothing extra; if a carrier ever bills you, contact us immediately. Estimated delivery 3–10 business days after dispatch.

 

International

We ship worldwide; shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and VAT are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

Tracking & Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of your shipping email, contact us with your name and order number. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos.
